I am a subscriber but can't send more than 2GB, why?
There are two possible explanations, either you are nor signed in and the website does not recognize you as a subscriber, or your subscription has ended. Sign in and enter your account status in your personal profile to see if you are still subscribed.
Personal branding includes adding a profile image (your logo) and a cover image to your emails and download page. The personal branding option is available to subscribers only. If you are not a subscriber, click here to pick a package suitable for you.
You can edit your personal branding by signing in and entering your personal profile.
Payment for a JumboMail subscriptions can be made using a credit card or using a PayPal account.
If you are using one payment method and would like to change it to a different method, sign in, enter your personal profile, and click on "payment method". You can also make this change by contacting customer service.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. In order to do so, sign in, enter your profile and click on "account status". In this page you will find the option of canceling your subscription.
