The files I receive do not reach my inbox, why?

If you were sent files via JUMBOmail and you can't see them in your inbox, there are a few things you can do:

1. Check your spam folder, if you can see the mails threre you can mark them as "not spam" and next time they will appear in your inbox

2. If you are using Gmail, please check the promotion folder to see if the mail is there. If you located it in the promotion folder, you can add to your contact list. Once it is a part of your contacts, the mails from JUMBOmail system will always appear on your regular inbox.
