I've done all the steps required to get the 5GB free benefit and still the system requires me to pay for a code or subscription, why?

If you are approved for sending files up to GB5, make sure that you are connected to the JUMBOmail system when sending the files.

If you did not receive such an email, you may have skipped one of the steps in the process.

The members you invited may not have registered to the site via the link they received from the JUMBOmail system and so you have not yet received the benefit that your post is not shared on Facebook, etc.
