I subscribed to JUMBOmail, I sent files and they were not saved. Why?

To save your files, you must log in to your account. Then, under "Sent Mail" locate the email you want and save and save it by clicking the save button next to the email.

Another option is when filling out the send form, clicking on General Settings and selecting the Save Mail option.

The files will be saved as long as you are subscribed and deleted only by manually removing them.
