What is the level of security on the site?

Security is a major concern for business users as well as individuals. Security is not just a buzzword. It is a constant process, and it requires investment and ongoing maintenance to reduce the risks to which you are exposed. At JUMBOmail, we take your security very seriously and continually invest in making our company and our products safer and more secure.
In every action, update, or new feature we plan, we take into account from the planning stage to implementation the consequences and effects this may have on the security of the information on the site.

  • From the moment you enter the website, all data communication on the website is done with the SSL protocol.
  • Login to the system is done with a username and password and the user's information is saved in the system in an encrypted form.
  • Each email sent includes a unique and encrypted address that cannot be traced except to the sender and the recipients.
  • All files sent are stored in an encrypted and secure manner in the storage service of AWS using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption with 256-bit.
  • Access to downloading the files is limited only by using a Token automatically generated by the system for downloading during a limited time window that opens from the moment the file download command is created.
  • The sender of the file has the option of adding advanced security settings to each sending operation, which include: limiting the number of downloads, protecting downloads by password, and limiting access to only authorized users.
  • File download tracking - which of the recipients downloaded the files, when, and from which IP address.
  • Registered users can track the sending operation and remove the files immediately after they are downloaded by the recipient.
  • The website system is monitored and supervised and includes a system of reports and alerts for any unusual activity.
  • The database is managed and registered as an authorized database - database number: 700062955
  • Most of the time (unless otherwise chosen by the account holder), the files sent in the system are automatically deleted after 7 days so that in any case they cannot be accessed after that time and there is no concern about their leaking to unauthorized parties.

The security field, requirements, and best practices are changing every day and we continue to change with it – rest assured we are doing everything we can to provide you with peace of mind while sending your files via JUMBOmail.
