How can I save files for longer than a week?

Subscribers can save their sent files for an unlimited period of time by clicking "Inbox\Outbox" and then clicking "save".

Subscribers can save the files for an indefinite period of time by clicking on "Incoming / Outgoing Mail" and clicking on the "Save" icon. You can also save the files by clicking the "More Settings" button that appears on the main form, next to the "Next" button, or by clicking the save button on the sent files complete page.

Another option for users is to purchase JUMBOcodes which allow to save existing mail for a period of 6 months or send file up to 20GB.

After selecting the upload files, a window will pop up asking you to enter the JUMBOcodes you purchased. If you purchased JUMBOcodes to save an existing file, the download page should enter the code in the save box.
